    What are you trying to submit?
    If you are using some sex or keywords it won't accept as we do not allow illegal/porn sites

    I suppose you are trying to submit in root directory or some of the parent directories... It is normal... happened many times to me
    Try the lowest level category

    Unfortunately my websites were already submitted to all directories, but thank you for the resource anyway.

    you have you put a link on your site or web page then you can put url of the page in box of reciprocal link
