Is here any one who have really made some money from Adult friend finder and if yes please tell me how to ask for payments as no payment option is available there in the profile.

According to my experience: when I contacted them regarding payments (after I sent a tax form), I had around 90-100usd in my account. Instead of telling me how to withdraw the money they had changed it from PPC to sign-up mode, and now I have a mere .70usd in it. Then they sent me an email telling me I don't have enough money for withdrawing.
I have worked with many local and worldwide affiliate networks but never encountered plain-out fraudsters like them.
My honest advice is to stay away.

If anyone has any recommendation of some other adult network I'd love to hear.

I won't say anything negative about them, but I have earned a measly 4 cents. I'm probably doing it wrong though.

What do you mean by "Is only for for get free CC" There seems to be a syntax error in your statement.

If you check the terms and conditions it does actually state they reserve the right to convert your pay per click account to a sign up account so they are technically not fraudsters. However, like yourself I reached minimum payment and they screwed me as well. I wish I had read the terms and conditions first. I think a lot of webmasters fall for this trick and friend finder obviously makes $$$ out of it. When I checked my stats during the time I was on the pay per click program I actually got 6 or 7 full paid members which was worth about $40 a sign up at the time. Had I picked the sign up program rather than the pay per click program I would have made a hell of a lot more.

Calling these guys fraudsters is wrong because they cover themselves in the terms and conditions. However it is a really bad way to treat affiliates and I voted with my feet and never promoted them again.

All I can tell you is that they are legit, if you did not receive your payment it means that you did something wrong. Also if you think they got something wrong, try calling them and they will tell you about your payment.
