Well, both are considerably over-populated on the whole, especially England. The group mentality is natural, but it is unproductive in this situation nonetheless. I'm lucky because I live in a tiny village, which has, to the best of my knowledge, only one non-white-English person, so we all live harmoniously without any problems forced multi-culturalism might/can bring.
