I'll make my changes ASAP. How are the rest of the elements for my design?

@Proficient: Don't mind it. Can we look at putting some kind of generic image in the project box in the header?

@cgoly01: All very minor tweaks of one another. As per last feedback, the menu item text (ie. Home, About, Services, etc) is too large. You're also missing the Contact menu item and "Learning" and "Centre" should be a single item. Could you replace the rounded shadows with straight lines - interested to see the difference that makes.

@stardesigns99: Really like the header graphic however have concerns about the rest of the template. The logo is too small and not keen on all the menu item icons. Not too sure about such a large grey background - perhaps make it lighter. We're liking the black/dark-grey footers too - can be a bit too much red.

@DrZapp: Not too sure on the other elements. It's busy with alot of text, probably like a cleaner design.

@cdr: remove 'take the tour' button, we don't have one. Would like to see more body text. I also think that the top white box (with the three sections) and the black footer should be the same width as the other white boxes - at the moment it's slightly wider. Not too sure how you would handle a wider screen - the background would have to expand? With white at the side the logo looks a little lost.

@RaduTRIFAN: Preferred the first layout more - it was the people pushing the puzzle pieces which really turned me off. Not too sure we have the content for the four boxes so we're trying to imagine it without them. The globe has also come out quite pink.

At this stage we'll probably let this contest run a little longer than planned - yet to find a design which is quite right

I hope it is better now... When you said "rounded shadows..." did you meant on the two red boxes near the bottom ?

Well since everybody was focusing on making a corporate type website for this contest thus the wow affect beeing harder to obtain i tought i would focus on creating a wow affect and then making it look like a corporate website.

I've used mainly blueish colors in the header because the human eye perceives better the combinations of blueish colors with white then if i have used red like colors with white, resulting in a more proffesional, clean look. This is my opinion as a web designer with some years experience in the field but if you would like to see a header with the color red instead of blue i will happily provide one.

    So here's the design:

    Feedback appreciated as allways.

@stardesigns99: Definite improvements, it's definately the best header graphic. Please change footer area to be dark-grey (see comments below). Please make menu highlight (little square behind home) a strong solid color - red?

@RaduTRIFAN: Thanks for the revision however I don't think it's what we're after. Like the grey boxes in the body of the second design.

@DrZapp: Thanks for the revision however I don't think it's what we're after. We're liking strong colors.

@coly01: The menu text is still too big. I actually meant the grey shadows around the "Welcome to Intelliweb Solutions", "Bookmark Us" and "Projects" boxes becomem straight.

@awd: Thanks for going off in a totally new direction. Don't like the menu - wrong font. Don't like the diagonal lines running through the footer. After all that still not sure on the header either.

    ------------

I'm not too sure whether you all read each others feedback or only your own, so just to recap:
We like the logo and menu from cdr (but probably red rather than blue) - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=11504685&postcount=24
We like the header graphic from stardesigns99 (but without the background behind text) - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=11509964&postcount=27
We like the body from RaduTRIFAN - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=11510229&postcount=28, 2nd design
We look the footer from RaduTRIFAN - http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showpost.php?p=11510229&postcount=28, 2nd design

Thanks for your continued interest, hopefully we'll get something soon. Will keep contest going for another 48 hours.

@RaduTRIFAN: Thank you for listening, yes that's what we had in mind. We prefer the first design. Do you mind putting the puzzle graphic from the second design in to the first one?

@cgoly01: No real preference, you're obviously only going to be taking a small portion of the graphic so I guess use whichever one still looks like a globe when you take a small slice of it - I suspect it will be the first one?

@stardesigns99: Thanks for the revision. We feel that the other designs are going to be more suited to what we want.

    ---

Well I think we'll be right to close this contest in 24 hours...
