I would recommend Article Submission...Just mix up the Article Submission and Social Bookmarking you will get good SERP's
Is there some kind of mass de-illusion in this thread or something? Submitting articles and submitting to directories is NOT related to search engine optimization. Those are promotion and link building techniques. SEO is about tweaking the site - keyword placement, meta description, sitemaps, site title,,. SEO is not about submitting to directories.
article subs for me and i prefer to get on ezinearticles. i also do forum sigs, blog comment, squidoo and other top free blogs - sometimes directory subs, but they have been devalued now
I go for article submissions.. But you can also get good back links from book marking and directory submissions too!..
Well, the only problem with Social Bookmarking is that they always use the nofollow tag which tells Google to not even see your URL. Isn't that a waist? Besides just the minimal traffic you get from them...
So u mean only optimizing the site and submitting site will work , well i dont agree with u, bcoz backlinks is back bone of ur site. U can say its not the proper way to get back links , if yes, than u tell us how to get backlinks .
Yeah the guy that said that knows obviously nothing about basic SEO.. just like the anti-Googler that posted an article by PC Magazine who didn't believe in SEO... lol, just ignore that.
In my preference I would like to start 1) Social Bookmarking 2) Article submission & 3) Directory submission. First two are more important.
But you gotta consider the fact that social bookmarking gives no backlinks because they always use the nofollow tag. So how can that help besides the minimal traffic you get from it.
all of three are very important for SEO, but a good and unique article always give a good response. my vote is for article
i'd suggets you'd better investigate your wanting keywords then to make your decisions.it all depends, i think.
