Currency Exchange Online for Payment Processors?

Is there a site out there somewhere that does exchanges from one payment processor to another? There should be... You should be able to go somewhere and pay with one and come out in another, like send $100 out of your alertpay account and put it in paypal... $50 out of your moneybookers account and $50 into your hyperwallet... Does anyone know of anything like this anywhere? I've been looking but no luck so far... Need to get money from AlertPay to Paypal and can't wait for a bank transfer out and then back in again...

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You won't find any service which allow this for PayPal and Moneybookers since it is against their TOS.

For the others I think there are a few service available, but if they are reliable I can't tell you.

Well it can only be against their TOS to a degree. You can do it yourself and they can't stop you, but the only methods of which to do so take a long time... transfer the money out to a bank account, and then from the bank account to where you want it to go...
There should be an easier way... when one provides all the proper information etc.. perhaps this would be a good idea for somebody to start up....

Yes there are but there no free exchange such as exchange $100 then get $100.
If like that, what do the exchanger earn?

I am yet to come across any such site or service which is authenticated and trustworthy for people to do such transactions.

Since such deals are anyway against the TOS of PP, I doubt if anyone would be able to find it!

Of course I assume there would be fees...

And I am well aware of the Paypal TOS, have been a verified business member since 2001. There is nothing in their TOS, (and there couldn't be it would be illegal) that says you can't withdraw your money and do whatever you want with it after it's in your bank. So you can take your money out and put it in the bank, then put it from the bank into ANY other online account / e-currency... Why is there not a legitimate business allowing some form of facilitation of this matter, when the account holder has done all necessary security, identity and legal checks and paperwork, that they shouldn't be able to make this happen instantly, when all the money and accounts and legalities are taken care of.

I'm aware it's a dicey subject, but it just seems like it shouldn't be, it should be a simple matter. I completely understand why it would be a bad idea to allow free flowing transaction, such as posts on DP here requesting sending money around... They can run into chargebacks, disputes and other problems... but if a company with proper setup and backing, with a financial institution behind them...
