I think everything in your site looks good and attractive. And also it will be useful for all..

 

Excellent layout and design. I spent a few minutes and I was almost going to say the site was faultless...

It's probably a matter of individual taste, but perhaps give some thought to the amount of bold text in places such as this:

If found the bolding a bit too much, but others may disagree.

 

I like your site, just one suggestion: make the menus more visible (add lighter background color to them or make their text bold). good luck

 

Everything is okay mate..Just want to give one advice to give a SEO Friendly title...
I suggest to use 4-5 words as your title..

I think you have a pretty decent looking website, content wise its pretty nice as well.
My only suggestion would to go for a better logo, but over all nice website!!

 

This is a nice looking site for its target market. I'm not a bodybuilder but site definitely looks the part and there's plenty of images and videos to supplement the articles. It looks like an online magazine, which I would assume was the look you were going for so well done on that front!

Over all you web site looks good. But CONTACT US option is mission on home page, by this you may get response of visitors and may know their demand of any particular thing which is not on your site.
