5. They will change the package you buy ...(before , after ).

In order to cancel my alpha master reseller package.

Few days ago, I sent two mail to their cancel team and contact to their online support. (mail no.1 and no.2)

Today I sent another mail to their cancel team (mail no.3)

Right now it is almost 96 hours and I got no reply about my cancellation.

This is very interesting because in their TOS:
"If you do not hear back from us or receive an e-mail confirming this
cancellation, please contact us immediately."

Yes , I contacted you, nolimitserver , but will you reply me ??
