Best content mgt. for news site

    I'm going to start a news web site.
    But don't know what is the best content mgt. system use with it.
    I'm not much prefer on wordpress as Google always tend to consider all WP sites as blogs.

    Can any one tell me what is the best content mgt. system for a news site ?

    I am a huge fan of Joomla. The Paintball X3 Magazine website is a great example of a Joomla news website. You just need to find a good template. There are plenty of plugins to help with SEO.

    This comment makes me curious; if you're running WP on your own server, and only using it to manage full pages, why would Google see that as a blog?

    But I want to publish feeds and need most of WP features enabled.
    Can joomla do this ?
