Bentink aka webthosting - When will i get the digital certificate I have paid for - you are not answered PM or support tickets. Please install certificate on shared IP as requested and reply to me with details its not fair to take the money and then not even reply or provide the product. All I want is what I have paid for and a very basic level of customer support.

well i got a host i not had any problems but i dont need a certificate as i wouldnt know what they far anyway but there as been a few people tryin to stop people going for people hosting on here
Yes I can tell you wouldnt know what they are for - you seem like the type. If you pay $59 for something do you expect to get it? Do you like your webhost to give decent support and reply within 24 hours or less? I do and I dont see how its so much to ask considering I am a customer. So far these folks are coming up short I hope they can correct the situation as soon as possible and install my digital certificate. I have a script that wont run without it.

If you needed me to wait seven days why didnt you tell me this as an answer to my tickets privately. Now I want a refund for an undelivered product namely a digital certificate you have charged me $59 for and not provided. You refund me NOW bentink and you have no chargeback to worry about at all. I will be moving all my files from your server and you can keep my $25 for 1 year of hosting. I have no desire to do any further business with you. As long as you refund the payment and did not install the certificate, than you have no chargeback to worry about. Check your tickets for once and REFUND my money so I will have no further problems with you. Just give me my money back and I will be on my merry way never to be heard from again.
That's not the point. When it states it's 2GBps, it needs to be so. As you know, hosting company's tell you to follow there TOS. So Must they by abiding to what they offering.
2checkout was not wrong. Your credit card location and IP location were completely different, one from Spain and the other from the USA if I remember correctly, which is suspicious. You will get back your Paypal fund...
Ok Bentink - you have now publicly promised to return my $59 in paypal funds. You return it and there will be no further problems with me. Once you return my rightfully owed funds from my verified paypal account, I will post here to let all who read know that I was at least fairly treated in the end. You say it Will be returned to me? When do you suppose you will be getting around to my refund. What reason do you have to keep the money any longer? Once you give it back you have no liability. I could go on and on but I am to busy you simply give me back the money for the digital certificate I have already opened several tickets and sent you a pm and I am posting this because you dont seem to want to respond any other way. Give me my money back now and you wont hear from me again. What is the reason for the delay if I am so "suspicious" an you dont want to deliver my product.
