How to get PR for new website

    I have recently made a new website.I need good Page rank like PR3 or PR4

    I am thinking to use many marketing methods.Both free and paid.
    But I need results quickly.I need PR .
    Please suggest different marketing methods.Both free & paid.
    Like:
    Directory submission
    article submission
    forum posts
    backlinks
    bulk traffic
    targeteed traffic
    and more

    I am ready to pay for these service if required but it should give results
    Also let me know some trusted sources on DP or outside from where I can buy paid advertising.

    why don't you use ppc advertising like Google adword , yahoo advertising etc. it will bring more visitors to your website

    I am using Angels's backlinks program. She provides high PR 6-9 links. However you can find High PR websites if you have good search skills.

    PR updates once 3-4 months and no body can do nothing to get "fast PR"
    But sincer wtf you strugle with PR is uselles work on getting traffic serps ...

    The fastest way to buy link. Besides that, you can actually go for dofollow blog commenting, dofollow forum posting and link exchange. You can go to DP BST section to buy link or buy service if you willing to pay.
