While I am typing, they are transfering all there accounts to a new dedicated server, since there last server wasn't powerful enough.

They are 85% done, and they will be done by tomorrow.

At first, I was not very happy about the downtime, but after this, hopefully everything works out.

Sorry for not posting here so early. We were busy making services better, and now we have finally reached our goal. We moved our web hosting server to its own dedicated server from a VPS, the dedicatd server has great hardware, with average 0.15 server loads. The VPS nodes are maintaing 0.80-1.50 server loads, which is great. Basically, all of our services don't exceed over 1.50 load now!

I would not be talking because you host your hosting clients on a VPS - which is sad, as you go advertising saying your hosting is the best and non-oversold, but your hosting is on a VPS, which is not very wise. We do have another staff located in the United Kingdom and another staff located in Nevada, helping us on support tickets and monitoring the servers.

Thanks for posting the update. I was simply too busy to update people here due to the amount of work load to be done. Now that everything is done, services are now improved and everything is fast. The server migration is now done as well.

The new server has average load of about 0.15, so it loads fast for everyone now.

 

Just buy your master reseller hosting..,hope you will not disappointing us...

How do you know that the server have litespeed?

 

The server (at least the server of what the hostlatch.net website is on) seems to be running Apache, however, I may be wrong.

nice trick to check , first i was confused when tried same url on my site i figured out that in apache you will get error with apache message , in litespeed you will get message "powered by litespeed "

I got a awesome support and service from hostlatch . But worst Point is that is down most of time.I think It will get fixed after changing of server

 

It doesn't look like they have litespeed on there server. There advertisement is different than what they offer!

 

Is this still available? Also, what is your uptime......because I have a host right now that goes down every 2 hours and I pay monthly.

 

HostLatch is hosted in its own separate server.. not the same as the server that customer's use.

For server that have litespeed on it. When do a who.is search, it will show the following
Server Type: LiteSpeed

Without litespeed and that what hostlatch customer server have.
