Hello. What do you think about the ads placement of my forum? http://satelites.info/ What is good and what is bad? Thank you all.
Nice work buddy ...but the middle banner it shouldn't be there because it breaking the page into 2 part...that's probably not good..well rest is Perfect..and if u don't mind try another image with high quality..use JPEG instead of GIF image but only for the top header...Regards.
Thanks mate, good advice, I just removed the middle banner. The forum logo it's in jpeg, I don't understand what you mean. Thank you very much for your advices, it's my first forum so I'm still learning
Its a pleasure..yeah i m seeing it now...well all i was saying the picture showing the globe is not so sharp as it should be...and thanks for considering..my advice..Regards..
Looks ok to me. It's good to blend the image ads and the text ads together. Maybe shift the image ads lower a bit to make it more noticeable.
Thanks for the replies, I just made a little change, removed the google search at the top of the forum and replaced it with an 1 google Link Unit (728 x 15). I'm proud of my forum eheh. Now I guess it's time to build backlinks.
Hello mate, edit index.template.php find smf_logo.gif and replace it with your banner. SMF is really easy for newbies like me eheh. Cheers.
Good idea of placement ads huh.. I like what you have done with your ads placement.. its okay for me Goodluck with your forums mate
well so any earning from adsense yet? i suppose it is a good idea to post your updated info so we will know which ad placing works.
Hello mate, the earnings from adsense are still low, I think since my forum is related to satelite receivers, blended text and link ads are better, since they are usually related to satellite receivers they are more appealing to my members and visitors, image ads are better for general forums I guess. It's a good idea to put an image ad, next to a link or text ad to draw attention, I tried a lot of ads combination, and I think that the best is to put ads in a way that don't complicate the use of the site. Cheers.
