No one else is having problems. Your internet is messed up.

all 8 servers are up and online, since I checked 3 minutes ago. You probably have an internet issue on your end because your ISP is blocking ports or you are having trouble connecting to a lot of websites... I would call your ISP and ask them the problem.

I would appreciate it if you don't post your personal ISP problems over in our sales threads - you can pick up a phone and call your ISP to fix the issue. Or simply move to a reputatable ISP company.

this is not an isp issue.

nope definitely not, only the ip that you provided on sign up. i do not have any problems accessing any other sites. i am with a reputable isp in the uk.

your support is really poor as well. support should be for helping people not criticising them and accusing them.

Yes, it is an ISP issue. They are blocking ports 8887 and 8888 which are used for HyperVM. Please ask your friends and ask them if it loads, it loads for everyone, you are just the only one having this problem.

Now, I have to go help other clients, I cannot help solve your 3rd party issues (ISP) you can call them.
