    Hi!

Since my previous attempt died due site being unluckily down, let's try this again.

I would need user feedback about usability, design and overall feeling.

    http://www.whatsrightnow.net/

I'm not sure if I should tell more about the site, it's better you look it first and then try to summarise whole thing together.

I'm promoting this site and there are some things which are not working right now, feedback might help be to make conclusions which are the biggest problems.

I've not made the site design, but I'm responsible of current 'viral marketing' campaign.

You can also give feedback about our myspace site, it's related to the campaign:

    Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's quite simple and minimalistic. I would say it's too simple.

Hmm... it doesn't sound really good. :D

Maybe I don't yet tell anything more, lets wait for other comments and reviews. ;)

Get a nav bar that's easier for visitors to find

    What do you mean?

So you think current navigation bar is difficult to notice?

Might be, I have thought about it too.

At least put it under the title bar instead of on top

I’ve thought about using myspace for some marketing, how has that worked for you so far?

On to the site, I’m sure you already know this but you have about 3 seconds to get your site visitor to stick around.

If there is any navigation confusion or confusion about what the site is about you have a good chance of loosing your surfer. I would add a header that told something about the site along with a logo that would help build trust and also tell a little about the site.

I would change the text around so it did not read about what I can do for you but what your site can do for me.

The design is not bad maybe just adding a little to it will help out a lot.

Yes, now I see what you mean. Thanks! :)

I'll forward this to webmaster, he can fix it or change it to better direction.

I don't know, there aren't so many friends yet, so I think effect is still fairly small.

I guess you should have thousands friends, for myspace to really work or you should search/add friends from your pre-defined target audience.

Partly myspace site for WRN is to promote youtube videos and get more views/viewers for them. It's like triangle.... myspace - youtube - homesite. Just only that WRN-homesite is not driving traffic back to myspace or youtube and youtube ads are only driving traffic to the homesite.

Yes. I have read Jacob Nielsen theories and also some other related authors. :)

I think it could be even less than 3 seconds.

Yes. What I've been thinking, is that problem is the slogan "What's Right Now?". Slogan is maybe good idea, but it's not really descriptive. "Share Your Joy!" or some variation of it, would be more describing about site's content and function.

Hmm... interesting idea, I will think about this.

I think whole copywriting with the site is bit messy, it's something done before I came "in to the house". It might be combination of several texts or something, there are quite a lot "loose" with the text, it's not exactly best example of professional copywriting.

Yes. With minor changes site could have really quite different feeling and maybe "the message" could be understood easier and quicker.

I've been promoting this site now fairly long-time. There has been visitors on the site, still ratio with "visitors :: shared stories" is really poor. Site is not really encougaring people to share their stories, which is main function of whole site, atleast right now when there's not really many stories to read.

Anyone who would like to comment videos (testimonials) on the site? Myself I found it quite disturbing that they are not embedded to the site, you need to download them first before seeing them.

Thanks for efforts so far. :)
