Personally I think it is a bad idea to use any domain name that has a trademarked brand name in it. By doing so, your website is vulnerable to lawsuits. If Google decides they don't like your site, they can force you to close it.

    I quiet agree with you.
Google is a trademarked and you can not include it in your domain name or keyword, if you dont have the right from the trademarked owner.

It is definitely trademark infringment, but I don't know if Google would consider it worth their time to come after you.

That aside, I don't think having 'google' in your URL is going to help or hurt your SE results ranking at all.

In your case, maybe was a bad idea. But impossible to determine that always is a good or bad idea.
Why in your case was a bad idea? Because if you are planning to make money from Google, don't use google as part of your domain name.

But, there are hundreds of many other websites containing Google in their domain name. And to surprise they are selling products related to Google like money making from AdWords, AdSense and many eBooks.

Does these people don't know all this issues and Google is not aware of whats happening in the Internet with their name in Domain names?

They all are getting traffic from AdWords only, how are they managing? How Google is allowing them and why my domain got slapped?

    Any detailed analysis!

You meant to say that all the other websites having Google in their domains, got the needed rights from Google Inc to use Google in their domains?

    Does Google do that?

Making money from Google means, I am able to get some money from AdSense till date. But not traffic from AdWords.

What does Google stop AdSense also in future in my Domain?

I have legally purchased this Domain from a Certified Reseller. If have to get hit for trademark complaint, what does the reseller is not also culprit because of selling trademark domains?

When some one is selling it legally, how it can be a illegal to buy? And why should I penalized?

Google is a registered trademark... but IMHO I don't really think that having the same word in your own domain name is going to cause any problems for your website legally or even in the SERP's.

However, am not sure about Adwords... maybe you should give it a try and let us know ;)

I think legally there will be no problem having 'Google' in our domains.
The problem comes with Google when you try to advertise your site at AdWords. I think that is why Google stopped showing my ads.

Anyone else with same exp... having 'Google' in their domain and slapped ...

A friendly tip of advice, stop defending the google part of your domain. You are being blinded by a very thick cloud of smoke.

There is nothing good about google in your domain, if you feel that because competitors are not yet in trouble from google so you shouldn't be, then keep on trying.

When you decide to use a domain without a trademark you'll sleep better at night. (and yes... again... I understand, other sites are getting away with this, so please don't use this rebuttal again) , now that you can't use adwords you'll need to use another ppc provider or turn to organic search however with google in your domain good luck.
