    Hello Guys,
As you may know i was after a sports forum,i had many offers which i was looking at.While i was on msn a guy with the email "joedirk16@hotmail.com" added me,i accepted.
He offered me the site "www.sportssession.com" for $250,i haggled him down to $40 (all my cash at the moment) and some scripts.
I sent him the scripts and the money,i then asked him to send the files,he said ok but immediatly went offline.
I have not recived the files or the domain (i told him to use the whois info on one of my domains)
I fear i have been scammed, paypal have been contacted but i dont know what to do.
    Please help me :(

The lesson here is always use escrow.com when buying/selling domains.

using escrow for a 40 buck site is kind of overkill:D

Although it sucks, even if you did get scammed, you're only out $40 instead of $250 ;)
