Bidvertiser ripping me off?

Discussion in 'Pay Per Click Advertising' started by longblog, May 20, 2009.

I started a bidvertiser campaign a about a week ago. For the first few days I was getting about 1 click a day. Yesterday all of the sudden they're showing 19 clicks at $20.90! I checked my Google analytics stats and it's only reflecting five clicks from any referrals. So my question is: Is bidvertiser ripping me off, or is Google analytics wrong?

Someone please respond with an opinion as I'm about to go to bidvertiser with a claim.

Yes I was paying $1 per click because it could be worth much more than that. I don't have awstats, just google analytics. Google would still recognize the traffic even if it was opened in a new tab, wouldn't they?

perhaps, google takes a while to update. You should see it that may be the reason. No sure on the tabs though

Yeah, I'm not paying them. I changed my payment details. I'm pretty sure they're trying to scam me.

Yes, I'm an advertiser, not a publisher.
