I bought a alpha account a month ago and I still do not have much to work with. He gave me a username and password but that is about it. Im still waiting for my 2 dedicated IP addresses, free billing software, and SSL certificate. He also promised me to migrate all of my old clients over to this account and he never did (I had to do it myself). And he will not ever answer my support tickets or talk to me on the instant messanger on the site. I dont recommend buying a product from them until they get better customer support!
