From "Locked" to "Closed"

Maybe someone could please explain this to me and why CJ is doing this to me.

The other day, I checked my CJ account and all of my commission had locked (and it was placed in the "Locked" section of my report.) Now I check it today and it seems they were all reverted back to "Closed" status. Not only that but the funds have been moved from the "Locked" section of my report down to "Current Balance" section.

Will I still be paid (I thought you were only paid on "Locked" funds) or is this something I need to bring to CJ's attention?

Closed means you are getting paid. Don't worry. I would worry if you were extended.

I don't understand why you are worrying about this? This is common and you should be happy. Here is the process between 10th - 20th of the month.

10th - Your legit commission will be "locked" first unless it extended

11th - 14th (approx) - Your "locked" commissions are moving to "current balance"

15th - 19th (approx) - Your "current balance" are moving to "Commissions" as preparing to pay publishers as "Publisher Payments"

20th - Your "Commissions" will be moved to "Publisher Payments". Most of publisher get paid in this stage. Sometimes delay but not +- not over 2 days from my experienced.

All paid commissions status will be changed to "Closed" after payment initiated.

You should worry if your commission status is "extended" or "corrected" (reverse/fraud from purchased customer)

Both can be possibly and cannot be told exactly. I have experienced in both "18" and "21" if "20" is weekend. :D

I already answered, your question cannot be answered exactly unless you sent CJ a question about this.

You want to know exactly date they will pay you? I've paid 2 days before 20th one time and 1 day after 20th one time either. I had experienced in both of them and that's why I told you that. Hope you will get the right answer as you wanted from other ones.

^^ I was actually referring to myguodong's response... I apologize if it came out wrong and made it seem like my question hadn't been answered... but their response had nothing to do with the topic... it said "Just wait" but IF I didn't have an answer, that respond wouldnt have answered my question.

It's ok but I think they might pay you on 21th instead of 18th because it's only a normal weekend and not a special holiday (new year, valentine, etc.) :)

^^ Alright then... my horoscope says good fortune comes this weekend :) I'm keeping my fingers crossed its the 18th because they did "Close" all my commissions often quicker this month, they usually close them on the 16-17th but this month it closed on the 14th :)
