Another SEO review

This is SEO related and Review related, so I don't know where the best place to put this is; but I'm sure this is it as I see some other ones.

This is my second review, as I think I have fixed some things since the last one.

I was wondering if you could tell me how well my SEO is on http://e-protectors.com

What needs to be done to further get it out there? I've already bought 1K manual search engine submission, got a load of good keywords, and about 110+ social bookmarking sites, some link exchanges (14), and I've went around about 15 blogs posting comments that accept URL input.

Any ideas of what I should spend my time on increasing the SEO performance?

Site was made 2 1/2 weeks ago.

Lastly, I've fixed how many keywords there are, I don't know how to check keyword density, I've googled and found nothing but fakes sites that don't tell you anything. I've also fixed page names (url's) and added a description. Also added nofollow to links.

    Regards,
    -Pierce

KW density - just copy your text off of one web page - copy and paste it on word. There is a function on word - I think it's under tools - it's called Word Count. click on that and it will show you the total number of words. Then count how many keywords you have on your page and divide it by total number of word count that word gave you.

I thought there would have been an easier way :p, but thanks that works... I guess I still have more work to do on my keywords (lol).

    Any other suggestions?

Put adds between the content of your website. That will increase the click chances of google ads.

Thanks for the reply guys! I think I've definitively got some good keywords now, as 4/20 of them show up in the first 2-5 links on google.

I've made my ads before the articles bigger, do you mean in-between content as in after where it displays the author? Or in my actual blog posts?
