How to get INSTANT Traffic?

Anybody with some suggestions on how to get some instant traffic?

I know you could do a Yahoo Answers/Craiglist flurry but are there any other good ones.

I don't care if take a little time to get going.

 

pay per click is probably your fastest way.

 

Get some power on stumbleupon or digg and then you can get a couple thousands views with just a click of a button

join mailinglist, and create a group in facebook with many members....that is my oppinion from newbie

 

if you are lookig for traffic stumbleupon and reddit for fast traffic if it,s good and stumbleupon like it and give a thumbs up your on you way for steady everyday traffic. Lots of people say they do not convert at su but some do I use adbrite and adsense I do make quite well on adbrite with su.

But in terms of targeted traffic this wouldnt be the best method

 

I would say if you have create traffic i would say PPC, If you can't afford it! remember don't pay over 25 cents per click, because anything over is unnecessary, that is why having a lucrative niche is needed!

 

You should try traffic exchanges. They are the fastest way to get traffic, though the traffic is not so targeted.

 

PPC and digg are definitely effective ways to generate traffic. Or mass emailing/harvesting.

 

nice backlinking and adding your site in directories will get some good traffic

 

Digg and stumbleupon are good places to start, i'd recommend writing some articles for ezine and the like also (for more targeted marketing)

 

I just want to add:
*You can also setup a user account on LinkedIn Answers, similar to Yahoo Answers, search for questions relevant to your market niche and post answers.
*You can make a page on squidoo and hugpages related to same.
*You can post comments on blogs having high page rank which are do-follow enabled. Search in google as “do follow blogs with high page rank” and get the list of sites to make comments.
And lastly you can setup a profile on Twitter, follow people on your niche and be active and get lots of relevant visitors to you website

I have played around with some social bookmarking sites and in my experience for instant traffic Reddit.com was the top dog. I threw up a catchy post and received 70-80 uniques on the same night, whilst the others brought a mere handful.

I think you should focus on getting targeted traffic.

Social bookmark sites might help if you want instant traffic but they're usually not targeted. You might want to try PPC if you want something instant & targeted.

 

in addition Paid Per Click and Paid To Post is another way too.

 

Pay Per Click probably the fastest. Digg will take sometime but can really get you some traffic in abundance.
