Is a PR5 site more likely to get higher paying ads being displayed than a PR2 site with the same subject matter ?

I'm not pitting content against PR here and I'm not sure whether you understand what I'm asking or not.

Assuming all other factors are equal between two sites, would PR be the deciding factor in which site were to get a higher paying ad displayed, or would it be left up to random chance ?

I don't think for pr you will get any extra benefit. They will pay the same for your pr5 too. The rate can change if the visitor numberwise.

No, PR and AdSense are not related at all! Google has different bots for both and there's no effect of Google's Search Index(and hence PR) on your site.

I don't think PR has any effect. Basically it's more towards the keywords present in your content and adwords advertisers will be trying to outbid each other for their ads to appear and I don't see any option whereby PR is a deciding factor.

google ads is based on your content to show , if you encountered a high-priced keywords, clicks, and the same access to high-income, of course, you have enough traffic to visit your site!

PR isn't a waste of time. Some one will more likely accept a trade or link to a web site with a higher pr then a low or no pr.

Am I correct to say you are refering to selling ads, not Adsense. In this case, you are likely to sell ads at a higher price for those looking to buy PR, but Google lowers PR for just this reason...I offer advertising and Google droped my PR6 to a PR3...did it effect my SERPs?...NO, infact they improved greatly...did it affect ad sales?...a little...but those who cancelled weren't worth keeping. Those who stuck around reeped the benifits of traffic.
