Yes unique title, description, and keyword each page has lot importance but problem is developer has developed it the way that its hard to define unique title, description and keywords for each page well i palced the content at html comments check the source code of the index. xml is already added. any suggestion to increase title description relevancy? You are welcome! If you are not able create a unique description and define unique keywords for every page, you may want to consider not using keyword meta tags. If you do want to use them, be sure to only define a few keywords and/or keyword phrases. As for the title of your website; use keywords that you would like for search engine users to use when they find your website on search engine. (Try to make it short and very relevant.)
