    Their physical address verification style is simple,quick and good. I have verified my MB account using address verification.

    yeah,the simple and easier way is do address verification.
    once your address is verified,you don't need to verify the cc and bank account.
    i did asked MB before.

    Yes, the verification system is pretty simple at moneybookers. You just need to provide the document proof of your address, bank account or a utility bills.
    I guess this process is far more better than paypals verification of credit card. paypal only accept credit card for the verification. But MB's verification is more easy and reliable than paypal.

    I have done "all" (I think) kind of verifications.

    - Address (you'll get a mail)
    - Bank account (4 digits in your transaction statement)
    - Credit Card (amount withdrawn)

    I have verified mu account with the address verification method. The letter arrived 1 month after it was sent.

    Moneybookers verify by accounts. Photostat copies of the account details have to be sent to their support. It will take 2 days for the verification process to go through. Contact them for further details.
