That's what http://domainvalue.congland.com/ says one of my websites is valued at. How does this tool value websites and what does it really mean? I can't believe it until someone who knows this tool can explain it to me?

    TIA,
    Brian

I have yet to see one of these tools that has credibility

    my examples
    propertyinvestor.info 4.5k
    itamer.com 11k
    flipmyrealty.com 6.5
    pcpropertymanager.com 9k

not one of those reflects reality.

This is not real. There are many such tools on the web that do similar calculations but most of them are just for fun. They don't provide a real value of the website. A good tool would require a dynamic and complex algorithm.

*more trouble than its worth, nevermind*

    thanks.

hey, just do everyone knows, im not trying to sell my domain, i saw that and thought it had to be some kind of BS. Ayway, for some reason, the staff here keeps infracting me and just linked me to a locked toping with advice to talk about it there - i guess iwont use this section for questions about domains anymore? i didnt mean to cause any harm, and I know there are sites for selling domains, i just wanted to know more about it, and why it said one of my newest sites was worth so much, it made me wonder. sorry mods.
