    Hi,

See this image below. Will he get banned by adsense, I think he is premium publisher. He has placed animation in front of adsense ads. WEBSITE IS www.livestrong.com

What is the url of the site? It might not an adsense ads as there's no "Ads by Google" text there.

The only problem with it is that I do not think it's Google Adsense Ad. Every Google adsense ad has that little "Ads by Google" either on the top or the bottom of the ads. Are you sure it's adsense?
Also this is where I got baffle by the reports about putting pics beside a Google Adsense ads. Where in the TOs is that if you can direct me please, I would appreciate it.

    Thanks

I don't see anything wrong with that ads placement, it is clearly labelled as "advertisement".

Buddy, first focus on your adsense instead of doing all these stuff, its up to google whether to ban or not. They have enough technology to detect the violation.

Its livestrong.... the foundation run by one of the greatest legend Live Armstrong....

Google will never ban such a site... the bad publicity would be too much for even google to handle.

Google treat premium publishers slightly ahead of any other publishers. The web owner might have asked for a review from adsense team. The site is PR6, I guess google love it so much.

First off why worry about other websites in the first place. That's there problem not your's or mine are you the google police if not let google find out on there own. First I did not see any ads saying ads by google. If it is a google ad and got reported what about the the other million sites. that are in violation go out and spend a week and find them and report them if you think 1 website will make a difference you are wrong.

Yes, I agree. OP, you are wasting our time for nothing. Go and build your own sites instead of bashing a charity site. When you get your own PR6 let us know.

To OP: Well the ad placement doesn't look like it is wrong. He has two images in a row. One is the ad and the other is his image. Both have two completely different URLs and there is also a white space between them. So, I think he is ok with that.

To others who were cursing this dude: Come on guys, he could have just stumbled on to the page... and must have thought he found something and got all excited .... Take it easy all.....
