Hey guys. I need someone to design an anime site header for me for my new site. I tried looking in the anime community to complete this task but so far most of the users have been way to immature to even try to do business with. I'm looking for a designer who has designed anime headers before. I'm not looking for something professional, I'm looking for something more along the lines of crazy and awesome looking. Anime renders are a must and the site's name must appear on the banner in some very cool (yet readable) font. The site is AnimeTower (no space between the 2 words, but capitalize the A and T). I'm looking for something no more than $15 (paypal) and I need good turn around time as my agenda for this site is a little rushed.
