Is there anyway to get around "double posting" in Wordpress?

    For instance, at acai-weight-loss.org/category/acai-berry/

the post shows as the original post and in the category, thus it's found on two different pages. Or is there some way to make the category page into excerpts or something?

    Thanks

Install the All In One SEO Pack plugin (or Platinum SEO), it'll handle that for you.

All In One SEO Pack is installed already. I just left it on the default settings, with "Use noindex for Categories and Archives" checked.

Does this mean the searchengines won't index them?

If that's the best I can do I'll go with that, but I was hoping there was someway to have them display as excerpts, but the excerpts feature doesn't do that.

    Thanks

    Exactly.

This has more to do with your theme structure than anything else. What theme are you using?

It's a new theme only about a month old:
    acai-weight-loss.org/category/acai-berry/

Actually it's supposed to be for a salesletter, no distracting banner, sidebar, etc. There's another one that's similar, but from a different developer, I'll give that a try.

    Thanks
