Earth4Energy guy has a vege garden affiliate program - how well does it convert?

I notice that the guy who did Earth4Energy also has a program for organic vegetable gardening here MyOrganicFoodGarden.com. There seems to be a lot of new interest in this area because of the recession and because the Obamas planted their own garden. But does gardening have the same level of interest to it as alternative energy? Anyone have experience with this program? What do you think about the potential of the area compared to other Clickbank programs?

Judging from sales reports, this dont look like a hot product but the market is definitely there.

I'm in the UK and I know a lot of people who are growing their own vegetables and stuff right now. It's definiately a growing trends & not just because of the recession, either.

I'm using RevenueWire and it's much better at tracking than CB.

    Hey,

Conversions for this product could be better. Im about to setup an exit offer which will increase conversions a bit. Also have a few other changes to make over the next couple of days. Also, articles and other marketing material will be available next week.

Thanks for this info swerd. So it's somewhat confusing - E4E converts really well but vege gardens don't. Why is that do you think? Why does solar energy work and vegetable gardens not? Anyone else have some thoughts about why ? Thanks

I know why the conversions are lower however I plan to release a similar product so would prefer to keep it private for now.

myorganic converts at between 1:60 to 1:100, earth4energy conversions at well.. see below for todays conversions

It sounds like a good product to me, Swerd is truly an expert at creating high converting products. Many props to him, thanks for the tip. I'm going to promote this myself to a little hippy crowd that I have found :)

    thanks for the kind words.

If you going to send to a list just hold off for 24 hrs and I will add an exit offer to the page. It makes a big difference in conversions.

Yep. Drew definitely knows what he is doing. You just have to look at E4E to see the sales genius behind that. Of course, you can't expect all programs to take off and experimentation is part of the process of success. I was just hoping to pick his brain a little about why some programs work and why some don't. Maybe vegetable gardeners are a more passive audience who don't get excited so easily by impressive sales offers? Maybe they are a more female audience who need more gentle persuasion? Im just thinking aloud here.
