Other than adwords, what would you use that money on...for internet marketing purposes. I already have a good 3-4k budget for adwords but im trying to grow on the natural listings...what would you do?

It depends on a lot of things... your industry, how often your product mix changes, etc. But in general, I would first get my on-page/on-site SEO in order. ecommerce sites typically have a LOT that can be done to improve from an on-page/on-site SEO perspective.

Then I would focus on link development. It is here that I think any site gets the most bang for it's buck when it comes to improving your rankings. On most ecommerce sites specific products tend to come and go rather quickly, so I would probably focus heavily on getting backlinks to category and subcategory pages. I would likely reserve link building for specific product pages only for those products that are super popular.

If you want search engine rankings ..you need backlinks and the reality is $800 per month wont get you jack crap. Text link brokers usually want $5,000 to $10,000 minimum budget to work with sites to try to get them even close to page 1 or 2 on SERPS. (Depends on your competition and keyword competitiveness)

If your keywords are highly competitive..you might as well keep your $800 bucks lol.
Donate $100 a month to some .edu or .gov program and supply something in return. Give your products away at shows you do or allow custoemrs to come in and get some. Have it tie in with somethign to do with .gov or .edu site that has a high PR rating ..even better if its in your local area)
Ask them to put a link with your keyword on their site in exchange.
that could give you 8 links on High PR government or education sites. The best thing you could get for $800 a month. You'd getthe link on the sites ..and you'd have to give away $800 worth of products to people that find it on those .gov or .edu sites.

aka= figure out how to turn your small budget into something you can get high power links to.
You'll never buy high power links with $800 a month. no way. You have to INVENT your way through it. :D

I would recommend spending it on SEO, if you know enough then DIY otherwise hire a reputable firm and start small with the $800, eventually as you see your SEO return outpacing your paid marketing you can shift additional funds to SEO

$800 is more than enough to start a campaign. Don't bother buying text links, could get your site banned. Try doing some article submissions, social bookmarking, and then some blog commenting on high PR sites. There are a lot of people selling blog commenting services. Those should help.

if you are doing it all yourself, then its all free. since all the onpage SEO is done, what you need is just link building and off-site promotion which doesn;t cost you anything if you do it yourself. not unless if you buy paid listing on directories or blogs or buy links on other sites. if you are buying links yourself, then look under buy/sale/trade section of the forum where you will find lot of link sellers selling links
