i have had many sites go from zero to hero and to have my clients sites in a few weeks and have never been banned i suspect you have been click bombed, do you have a adsense privacy policy in place ?

Do you "really" have to wonder why google blocked your site? You are linking to copyright protected material, and even displaying copyright protected material on your site.

Google has a very clear policy on copyright infringement, linking to copy protected material, promoting copyright infringing material, displaying copyright protected material - and you decided to ignore those guidelines.

    https://www.google.com/adsense/support/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=9892

    http://www.google.com/adsense_dmca.html
I fail to see a problem here. You ignored the adsense guidelines, you did not fix the problem before you reapplied, the links to copyright protected material are still on your page,,, and you wonder why google will not talk to you?

Its spelled out in black and white - if you promote copyright infringing material google will disable your adsense account. Until you fix your site, do not expect google to restore your account or even talk to you.

And your comment about "I had over $2500 in earnings." - those earning were not yours. That belonged to the people you were stealing content from. You stole someones content, put it on your site and expect to get paid? Google had every right to ban you. And I agree with their decision.

    Hello,

Zinghana: yes there is a privacy policy, but it was not there from day one. Maybe two or three weeks ago I found out that I needed a privacy policy and added it (about 1 week before the ban). I don't think there is anything that I can do to detect click fraud? Only google has the data to make the determination. Should I just be presistent and keep appealing?

SoulzRipper: I don't think that this is the issue. If the issue were copyright how come www.sidereel.com, with over 1million hits a day and over 200,000 links to TV shows on the web, has been displaying AdSense ads for as long as I can remember? I also found a lot of other examples of sites and blogs like mine (links to TV shows, movies, etc.) that display adsense. I am careful not to have any copyright infringing stuff on my site. I do not even copy content from other sites (check with copyscape)

Firstly I don't post other people's content at all, never. Check with Copyscape.com.

Secondly, if I am breaking copyright laws or otherwise any issue dealing with copyright, why are there so many sites similar to mine including sidereel wit 1million+ visits per day, who have been running adsense for years?

You know mate I really don't get it. I mean Youtube has videos which are copyrighted too..
But Google declares it doesn't allow publishers to do the same.

But Google is like God to many..

so consensus is that it's because of my content, and they my content violates TOS (does it really, I don't think so, I read the copyrite TOS section carefully and I do not think that I violate it at all)

my gut feeling is that either i was click bombed by one of my competitors on surfthechannel or sidereel, etc. OR googles auto-deactivated me because of the huge spike in earnings... but after having two appeals denied what should I do next?

If you upload a copyright protected video to youtube, and get caught - your account can be banned or deleted. The engineers at Youtube have a process that screens videos for certain content before they are published.

Some of the major recording companies have a youtube channel. You might go to youtube and see a popular video. But the video might have been uploaded by the company that owns it.

I'am fine, the only problem I have is when people use copyright protected material, get caught and then complain.

    Copyscape checks articles, not videos.

You were promoting copyright protected material, got caught, got banned - dont complain.

hmm.today most sites have copyrighted contents + adsense. I think your super fast earnings cause to your BANNE. maybe google is taking a closer look to their TOS for sites that have more income per month (over $500 per month etc...)

adsense seems to be picky anyway, you can try a lawsuit... some guy won that, but if you arent earing in the k's/day its not worth it!

I'm not seeing ads by google on sidereels site.

Also, I remember a time when watchtvsitcoms.com had a bunch of google ads. Now they use another party. Most likely, they were banned from google.
