Just pointing out that a lot of crap you guys are spouting is coming from a bigoted viewpoint. You two are way to far down the line to make any difference to, so hopefully others will learn to ignore your viewpoints.

My rules for religion are very simple: If it doesn't threaten my family, myself, my country, my way of life...believe in whatever you choose. You won't see me bashing Hindus, Mormans, Buddhists or any other religion. Because they are not a threat.

So once again, you are wrong. I have no tolerance for the intolerant.

Actions of a minority? You've been listening to way too much George Galloway. Familiarize yourself with the terms: dhimmi, kitman, taqiyya

    Here's some bigotry for you:

O ye who believe! take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors: They are but friends and protectors to each other. And he amongst you that turns to them (for friendship) is of them. Verily Allah guideth not a people unjust. 5:51

So when the sacred months have passed away, then slay the idolaters wherever you find them, and take them captives and besiege them and lie in wait for them in every ambush, then if they repent and keep up prayer and pay the poor-rate, leave their way free to them; surely Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 9:5

Verily I am with you, so keep firm those who have believed. I will cast terror into the hearts of those who have disbelieved, so strike them over the necks and smite over all their fingers and toes. This is because they defied and disobeyed Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad). And whoever defies and disobeys Allah and His Messenger, them verily, Allah is Severe in punishment. This is (the torment), so taste it; and surely, for the disbelievers is the torment of the Fire 8:12-14

Fight against those who believe not in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor forbid that which has been forbidden by Allah and His Messenger (Muhammad) and those who acknowledge not the religion of truth (Islam) among the people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians) until they pay the Jizyah with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued 9:29

And fight them until there is no more Fitnah (disbelief and worshipping of others along with Allah) and (all and every kind of) worship is for Allah (alone). But if they cease, let there be no transgression except against As-Zatimun (the polytheists and wrong doers) 2:193

As we've already poointed out, there is just as much fire and brimstone in the bible. Though the majority of Christians don't take it literally. Would you expect people to discrimiate against you because a member of your religion killed in it's name?

You haven't been to the bible belt then

Not even ragging on christians on this one... I lived in the midwest, outside of the "big city" life... and let me tell you.... racism and bigotry run rampant.

I'd think it would be too hot to be racists in Arizona.

Kinda hard to have any type of racial bigotry against blacks, when you live in a state nearly devoid of black people.

I've lived in the midwest all my life, and one thing I have seen very little of is racism. Let me qualify that... Black vs. White. I have seen a lot of Black vs. Mexican, however. Of course I did not grow up in the hood, but we did have a bit more then 3% black population in the midwest. I've seen more "racism" aimed at Mexican Americans, than black Americans, at least in the states I have lived in. I've seen my mom treated like shit in New York (where she's from) because her skin was dark. Though Italian, she has been mistaken for Mexican, Black, Indian, etc... The funny thing is, that only seems to happen on the liberal east coast, you know... that big melting pot. I am admittedly a bit darker than white, and have been mistaken for having some type of Latin/Origin in the past. I'd hardly call that racist though.

Personally, I'd like to think there is a differnce between Archie Bunker racist and grab a rope racist. Archie was ignorant, and meant no harm. The grab a rope crowd mean harm. Thank God there are more Archies than the grab a rope.

Oh, I have seen racism, don't get me wrong, but only on TV, from politicians on the left, sitcoms, and numerous comedians.

The only thing is, the God fearing Christians in the BB where not the ignorant racist rednecks. It was the God hating, liberals that thought black people should have their own fountain. Again, I am quite grateful that there were Republicans that recognized this type of behavior was not good for a free society. It's those Bible Belt God Fearing Christian Conservatives that saw to change, and continue to do so. Had they not, MJ would have been using the Colored locker room, hell he probably would have got a colored version of the NBA Finals Trophy. Black kids would have had to have bought Air Jordan's at the "colored shoe store". The ride there would have been at the back of the bus. Yes, yo-yo, thank you for pointing out just how instrumental the Bible Belt has been in bringing forth equality and change. After all the Civil Rights Movement started there, not AZ. I guess you could say we are a bit more progressive.

I had lived in North Idaho for about 10 years and the neo-nazis had a compound there - they were the only openly racist people there that I ever ran into, including running into the leader - butler when I was nice and tan-they sure gave me an look that scared me - one kid and there were at least 5 of them.

The most racist people I have met outside of that were people from L.A. California. I never heard the racist names until that time and I always assumed since there were so many different races in LA it would be the opposite, but I was mistaken.

When did "all" become a common denominator before recognizing a problem? Do we wait for "all" patients to get cancer to do research? Must "all" have aids to look for a cure?

Who said that? I must have missed that post.

Many times. In your twisted logic, are you suggesting that someone with the most stamps on their passport has a valid point?

    Weak arguments, as usual.

Incorrect. You posted a link trying to persuade people it said one thing, but it didn't, and I corrected you on it.

When Christians, Jews, Hindus or any other religion start flying planes into buildings, blowing up hotels, buses, cars, airplanes, beheading people, found in plots to behead people, murder, destroy and kill like here, I'll be the first to take issue with them. Your quest for moral equivalence is lacking any foundation, as usual.

    Whose next?
