    Hello, my friend owns a high traffic anime site narutospot.net and we were wondering who provides the highest paying cpm he's currently with reduxmedia and has cpm rate of 0.40, he gets about 9k unique views a day

    try companies from this list , You should propoably find some companies paying more than 0.40$ rate ( for example the firts from the list have up to 1.80$ CPM rate for traffic from USA )

    Well from the looks of it he is using the JW Player. Try putting adverts in that, you can do post roll, pre roll, mid roll adverts and get a eCPM of around $1.00 for video views.

    There is many good cpm ad networks, but you must have a pretty good site traffic and high quality site to get accepted.
