Hey, I just released a new site called Peas N'a Pod and I'm looking for people to beta test it. Peas N'a Pod is a site like Squidoo or Hubpages where you create your own page (Pea Page) and add "blocks" to it, these blocks can be text, image, video, polls or rss feeds. The site is in beta right now so I'm looking for suggestions on what type of blocks I should add; there are already a few in the works like a comment block, twitter block, etc. I am also interested in how you would market a site like this, so far I've been posting published content to Digg and other social media sites, I get traffic from those sources, but I'm looking for new sources of traffic. Here are a few examples of Pea Pages so you get an idea of what you can currently create (I can't post links yet): http://www.peasnapod.com/p/7/team-fortress-2-sniper-update/ http://www.peasnapod.com/p/d/h1n1-swine-pig-flu/
So whats the PR of your site its difficult to stand out these days since there are several web2 properties. Anyways, good luck and ill check it out

Thanks for the responses. elitesystem: The site is brand new no PR yet, looking for ways to promote a brand new site. I haven't seen many sites out there like Hubpages or Squidoo, most seem to be variations of article directories like Ezinearticles, I hope to give people a lot more customization options for each page, Images, RSS Feeds, Video, Amazon, Ebay, etc. sweta: Thanks for tips, I changed front page to show latest Pea Pages and there is a section now that explains what the site is and what Pea Pages are. I will also try submitting the site to some Web2.0 review sites like you mentioned.
I think the site look like blogtree,I dont know, but my concern of trying new site is there "coding algorithm detail"if your site is do follow and can give a link juice I think so many will join,I think you should look up "mywikibiz do this to invite user contributor on there site with its seo semantic structure
UPDATE: - Added a comment block to the site so you can accept comments from members or non-members. - Added text area to image block so you can wrap text around Images. -- More Sample Pages: Also here are a few more sample pages to show the new Comment Block, the Pea Page contains a bunch of videos and news from SEOBook: http://www.peasnapod.com/p/l/seo-book-videos/ And another Pea Page, this one featuring results from the Indy 500: http://www.peasnapod.com/p/k/indy-500-results/ Lastly here's a Pea Page that will show off all the different types of blocks you can use to build your pages: http://www.peasnapod.com/p/j/sample-of-all-pea-page-blocks/ -- Komicwords: Hey, what do you mean by "Coding algorithm detail"? The site is do follow, later the dofollow will depend on your Pea Pages ranking to help boost the entire sites rank, I also plan to implement revenue sharing through google adsense, ebay, amazon and a few more places. Also I checked out MyWikiBiz, I might upload a page there.
