CJ and Clickbank ofcourse. You make a blog with your aff products and you learn how to manage adwords campaign and here you go... aprox, 2 sales per 100 clicks. so if you spend 50 dollars on adwords campaign and you earn 30 dollars per sale you get 60 in sales minus 50 for adword that is 10 dollars per product.
While ClickBank & CJ may be the biggest, I've had far more success CB than with CJ or Shareasale for that matter. Payment checks are also issued fortnightly & processed by EFT to some countries.

Even tho there has been a lot of problems and rumours with clickbank lately I still make the most with it
clickbank makes me the most, commission junction might be the biggest...but none of that matters. It is who you like, who you make money with. I use them all, and promote a lot of CPA's, so do whatever you like or wish or feel comfortable with, I say.
Can you post some of you screen shots of your earnings ( Your Back Office Screens) along with any payment proofs, usually such people make money out of you instead of letting you earn anything.
