Need One File Code

Well,
I have a music portal an di want to have a always update music rank.

What i want is,
A script that get the name and position from billboard(http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/charts/chart_display.jsp?g=Singles&f=The+Billboard+Hot+100) and when users click on the one name of the top goes to index.php?search=Name+Name&source=All

For example if i have this ranking,
1. Lady Gaga- Poker Face (when i click there it must go to http://www.blalblablal.com/index.php?search=Lady+GaGa+Poker+Face&source=All

I think it´s an easy job but i dont know how to do it so it´s isnt easy.

This is unfair to all programmers, the user posted for programmers to quote him a price and untill he/she agree's for the go ahead to the appointed programmer you should not code the script/work as it does not give other programmers a fair chance.
