    what address book do u mean ? Outlook Address ?

    You can try super tell a friend script.
    It has a lot of features...contact importer, reward system ,reports, reminders.
    Online demo available.

    Search on google for "super tell a friend script".

    Try OpenOnviter
    Its a free script. Almost all popular scripts Wordpress,PhpBb,VB etc have OpenInviter addons!

    Open inviter is ok but it does not provide admin interface and customization.

    Yes. It don't has any admin interface! But it is doing a great job! If you know PHP then you can integrate with any site or you have to use their ready made version (Avail for all major scripts)!
