[SALE] Large Topsite - 2000+ Members - strong monthly income - 80,000+ backlinks

I am looking to possibly sell a topsite I've been building. Here are some of the specs for it:

Members: ~2000
Alexa Ranking: ~60,000
Pagerank: 6 (maybe 7 if the homepages update)
Backlinks: Google(2,400), Yahoo(80,000), MSN(32,000)
Monthly Income: $150 (still waiting for more link purchases -- income comes from textlinks)
Age: 1 1/2 years old
DMOZ Listed: Yes

There is a directory underneath the toplevel domain which is a PR6 and has had many submissions already (most pages are PR5 in the directory).

proven track record???? money talks! its not like you are gives the site away before you are getting the money???

 

I'm not going to sell it just to the highest bidder. I want an owner that will actually buy and use the topsite responsibly. It's a proven tool for the community and I don't want it to go to waste.
