beware of this host the offshore is on a vps whos memory was that maxed out i couldnt even do anything on it only good thing this company was refund my money quickly

And how do you know it's a VPS? Because of the VPS Optimized 2 logo?
I personally do not care either my account is hosted on the VPS or not.
So far, I don't have problem with their offshore server.

 

by any chance are you a member of his company and no thats not the only way i knew it was a vps if you look in server status you will see the vps location sopmething like /div/simsfs thats how i know its a vps and if you dont have a problem with it then you must not actually be using it i was on it for no longer than a couple hours before i asked for a refund which i did through support and instead of answering my support ticket they closed my account removed me from their billing system so i could not get into any support tickets only way i knew i had been refunded was by looking in paypal so to me that does not say a good host that to me says VERY POOR SUPPORT AND COMPANY

Submit a support ticket and so we know which server are you on. If you are on offshore server, most likely you can't get dedicated IP, but if you are on offshore server, you can get dedicated IP for your shared hosting account.

 

cpanel / whm can not be used often, in fact, the good.

 

please rephrase i didn't quite get that as you mention 'offshore' twice in the sentence

you can not get dedicated IP on our offshore server.
you can get dedicated IP on our onshore server

cPanel is inaccessible when we do our regularly maintenance. If you still having such problem please let us know so we know which server are you hosted. Do not post any support question here because I am not so often online on this forum.
