Direct message yield me few positive results. But CTR is very low with twitter.Article marketing is the best.
I should write a book on stupid marketing ideas and why they are stupid. Before you develop a brilliant idea to promote / spam sites with any product or service, there are a few simple rules you should follow, or questions you should ask yourself before starting. 1. Who is my target market? 2. Where do I find my target market? Twitter is a site where people go to simply waste time finding what other people are doing. People do not go to Twitter to buy products or services. Yes many BS marketers will tell you they make $10,000.00 on Twitter but they are marketers... so of course they are going to exaggerate their claims. This is why people find SEO does not do well for e-commerce type of sites. People who search organic SERPs are not looking to buy anything typically. Often they are looking for free information and when visiting an information based site MAY click an ad and buy on impulse. Most often the best place to find the target consumer is within the Paid Ads of the search engines those being Google Adwords, YahooSEM & Msn AdCenter. Hope this helps explain why many of you feel you are wasting your time or things are not performing as well as you expected.
I've setup a cron job to automate getting twitter followers for certain keywords. About 20% follow in return. Works like magic to increase my base w/o any effort on my part
Won't do you a bit of good if you haven't the capacity to understand this thread is about promoting Clickbank via Twitter. I do see your trying to spam your twitter blog though, hence the comment yoiu made completely irrelevant to the thread....
I get quite a few sales through my Twitter, so yes you can definitely post them straight into your Twitter status.
Twitter is a dynamo for sales...if you have the patience to work to its strengths. The key to any Internet marketer's walk away income dreams is to find the source of a ton of live prospects and then take time to build value and credibility. That part is easier when you have niche you are passionate about... Building a strong level of passion about two or three key niches is what you start with. What this means is...if you are a kite nut and look forward to weekends so you can find a good power-line free spot to let-em soar, then what you need to do is tweet about kite flying. I can promise you two things if you invest the time to do this...first you'll attract a ton of followers...second you'll have to find reliable oursourcers to handle your business because in about 9 to 12 months you'll have enough income to fly kites full time if you choose to. Two closing tips to repeat how to make a ton of money from Clickbank through your Twitter account...Find a niche that you can really get into...or do enough research about one so you can tweet about it 24/7... Next, forget about money and go for followers. Followers are what makes Twitter work. And you'll get followers if you can share your passion for your niche long enough to build credibility. The rest is easy. The first part may be your challenge. Cheers, Doc Rich
um, you obviously didnt read all the responses then. my responses are not irrelevant to twitter and I did not respond just to promote my blog. its looks like you did though, responding just to be rude and to promote. nice. responding to something I am interested in is spam? then i guess your irrelevant post is spam. grow up!
Do not listen to anyone who tells you that you can't market Clickbank products through Twitter. They were expecting to make thousands on the first day without even using a solid strategy that works. They are the same people who says article marketing do not work, but would rather spend money on the latest Make Money Online ebook. Stop expecting overnight success and actually put some work into it.
And people should listen to you based on what?? Aren't you selling the same e-books you claim others are looking to buy?? Hypocrisy at its finest to say the least lol....
Don't expect to post a URL on Twitter and get people to click. It is not Google Search. It is a super mini-web page at best. Your tweet will only show up with Twitter search or others if they are less than 30 days (or somewhere around there) old. It disappears otherwise (or not indexed anymore). Followers are the equivalent of a SafeList, not a true mailing list because most people are using software to auto-follow when you follow them etc. So a lot of it is useless. But if you are a celebrity or a well-known figure, that's something else - those are the closest to a valuable mailing list. To get that authority status or credibility, you have to earn it before promoting anything. Otherwise they will unfollow you in a heartbeat.
If you are not making any money at all, please stop feeding people crap. What else is next? Can't make money with blogs? Can't make money with youtube? Think outside of the box and maybe you can make some money.
I have 10 accounts with 13.000 followers. They make me at most 3 sales per day. I admit I have days with 0 sales from twitter. But those are quite rare. Also forgot to mention. The accounts are all in different niches.
