I'm new to all this. What kinds of "online" work do you all do? How would a total noob like myself get into some kind of on line business?

 

Although most people here are from the SEO Industry or related, but I'm here just because Search Engines are my main interest.

..By Just buying/hiring our services/products.

I sell traffic to people who own web sites.

You need to find something you enjoy doing and can believe in it, wether it be selling things on ebay, providing services, etc...

It's up to you.

 

SEO is simply search engine optimization, these folks optimize web sites for search engines, the better your site is optimize the better the chance your site will come up on the first page when someone does a search in say like googlr.com for instance.

people can sell there traffic in many differnt ways i own www.xr-host.com and i charge people for a link on the left hand site pointing to there site then when people come to my site some may go to there site plus my site has a PR= Page rank that other sites that have none will need.

Also you can sell pop-up traffic so say u get 1,000 unique hits a day you could sell a pop-up for about $2 per 1k hits kinda thing.

You can sell banner space on your web site and so on, Basicly you need to find and create a site on a topic you will enjoy working on and just get lots of hits lol

hi fbernard, the fastest way to get income is to find a job.. don't think it's too hard to get one that pays >$400 a month. Meantime, work on your sites until they become profitable. All the best.
