I have been looking at using these type scrips / programs for a while now and have finally decided to go for it. I like the idea of having everything in automatic and not spend too much time exchanging links. So what is the best / best value program or script available today to automate the process of link exchange?
There is no point, but seeing that the number of automatic link exchange cure-alls is not going down, I can tell people obviously want a quick and dirty way to the top. Automatic link exchange networks/scripts aren't the answer, they are too spammy and Google can detect them in a sec. Use them and you are asking for trouble. Instead of going with them, use a mixture of SEO strategies such as relevant link exchange, submission to directories, paid inclusion and you will see your rankings improving. Just stay away from spam. But people simply want some easy shortcuts. They forget there's consequences. There's penalties. There's BigDaddy. Then they come whining Google banned them, or penalized them, so Google sucks and Matt Cutts is a real arse. There are no shortcuts. Choose a market. Create tons of useful content, make your site really stand out, make it the best in your niche. This will encourage others to link to you -- naturally. But oh my: This is way too much effort, so I'll better whine some more and then go join a link automation network, cross my fingers and hope for the best. Warkot
Love you too I was actually refering to a script that would search out RELEVENT link partners - and handle the email side of things, not actually using a network.
You know what? That's still not good enough for me I still manually review all the partners my SEO tool finds for me and considers relevant, because the mere fact they are in my niche doesn't mean I'm prepared to link to them (=cast a vote.) I visit their sites and if I like them, I include something unique and personal about it into the emails I send. People appreciate it, and that's how I get quality link partners and a very high response rate. This rant was on the "email side of things" My point is, no automatic script or SEO tool will do the real job for you. There ain't no magic bullet. Warkot
Point taken, It would be nice if there was a tool that allowed you to input many different criteria to pass some websites while disqualifying others, a tool that made it almost impossible to link to a bad site.
Well, in LinkAssistant (and I think in other tools) there are filters in place that only show you sites matching certain criteria, such as PageRank, link pop etc. But since even the big G is having trouble deciding what's good and what's evil (so now they also use some manual editing) -- it'd require an SEO tool with Artificial Intelligence built in to reliably tell you to link or not to link... And such a tool would definitely cost you a ton of money Warkot
