    What's the time take to delete this harm message ?

    first you need to knOw why your site would get the harm message from search engine,
    Double check your site content please. :)

    There is no time limit. You just have to inform Google to re-check your site once the issue is resolved. When this issue exists, there is a special contact link in your Google Webmaster Tools account. They are very quick at reinstating sites that were hacked but are now fixed.

    My site was reinstated when I got hacked 8 months ago within a couple days, but my Google traffic has been at about 40% of the levels prior to that ever since.
