    I am fully clearing out my sites, even those with potential mainly to clear clutter and raise some capital for my other project.

    I'll get started with what's for sale:

    1. Codsix.com
    - 2,000 uniques
    - Lack of monetization (I don't use adsense), but made $40 in about 20 days from Amazon Affiliates Program (proof can be provided).
    - Ranks top for keywords such as "call of duty 6", "cod6", "codsix" and tons of topics.
    - No PR, about 2000/uniques a month organic.
    - Half-active forums, does have contributive moderators who help support it.
    - 391 subscribed e-mails included at this time, all opt-in natural seo traffic from call of duty six keywords. If promoted a affiliate link or other things, could be a HUGE cash cow!

    2. TwtUpon.com

    I wanted to jump into the 'Twitter apps' industry but I have no time to promote it, and has received about 40 subscribed users. Uses Twitter oAuth for good confidence, with basic platform and related users (like StumbleUpon) - uses powerful aglorithm. Spent about $30 on Be-a-magpie.com however a really unbeatable affiliate program for referring users will make this grow!

    - No SEO traffic
    - Not featured anymore
    - Awesome domain name for the site!
