    Besides, if you were to have offered me a year hosting for the trouble, do you really think I would post such post here? I would atleast say thanks, reply to your email, but since there was no reply and the post is here its obvious, no email was received by me.

    Hope I made myself understood, I'm not a liar, I stated facts, and again, NO email in my mailbox.

    my site has been down since forever

    at first the server was awesome and rly fast

    then due to server shift

    it wud take ages to load, now it doesnt even load at all

    server has been down since a day

    all my clients did a charge back :/

    i just started selling and lost all my clients

    Hey,
    The issue is now fixed, here is an explaination of what has been done and should be final:
    1. CPU upgrade to 4 Xeon's
    2. RAM upgrade to 6 GB ram
    3. Kernel security update and patch, also adds stability to the server.
    4. Fixed the issue with Litespeed crashing every few hours.
    5. Switched from Deasoft WHMreseller Master Resellers to WHMresellerPHP (WHMPHP), better GUI, faster, and does not use so much CPU like deasoft did.

    Be sure to clear your cookies/cache as all of this only caused a couple hours of downtime, not a whole day. You should notice your websites and cPanel/WHM being really fast now!

    Also we got a new staff who is working for us now! This means that we can solve technical issues (if any) faster now and support ticket replies will be faster as well.

    It's a great deal and despite what other users have been saying, the servers seem pretty fast. If it keeps up, I'l be sure to buy again next month. Also - the refund isn't needed. (Even though it wasn't going to happen, thought I'd say it)

    So far so good, Adam. I hope it stays like it is at this current moment.

    My account got suspended even though it is purely a showcase of website designs, basically an html based lightbox photo gallery.... I wrote in to support that my site is html + images, the reply i got was that my account will be restored if i agree not to overextend the server, but when i have not done anything why this reply

    And the person who replied to my ticket probably didnt even read my ticket response properly

    It has become quite evident that "Adam" and his staff (if he has one) does not exactly know how to manage their servers properly.

    Like I always say, you get what you paid for. If something seems too good to be true, then it probably is. :)

    Hopefully you get your site back up.

    This happened when a non-technical person (like me) tries to start hosting business. It looks he is a reseller of any host that does not provide end user support. Since 3 days I am doing research to find any good reseller hosting account that also provide end user support to reseller's clients and I fine few ones. Just will finalize and then start selling. I don't need to be worried about technical support because my host will deal them directly. :)

    This is an email from hostlatch in my gmail today.
    they asked someone to post it here,,

    People under that VPS server node are currently experiencing some major difficulties, such as VPS being slow, mounting issues, rebuilding taking forever, and etc.
    BEFORE submitting a support ticket or asking us why this is happening, read this.
    This issue is happening because of the SHARED web hosting server, that is hosted on the node. The web hosting server is using a lot of CPU and RAM which causes issues to the other VPS in the node. Therefore, we have bought a new dedicated server for the web hosting server itself. So, we are migrating from old web hosting server to the new web hosting server. At the moment of writing this message, the migration is 60% done. I am hoping it will be done by tomorrow, then everyone's problems regarding vps3 server node will be fixed up. I hope this is an clear explanation about what is going on. Regarding posts in Digitalpoint and Webhostingtalk, please refrain from posting that it is slow and such, we are working actively and dilgently to fix the issue and can only wait for the migration to complete which is tomorrow. Also, if someone could post this update about what is going on in Digitalpoint and Webhostingtalk, it would be appreciated; we cannot at the moment since there is so much to do now, in order to improve customer's satifiscation and services. :)

    My overall experience so far has been fantastic. And im glad in a way, its not just my site that is soooo slooow
    It takes a long time to transfer a single site. let alone 200+ as the server already holds. So, i do understand,, Just wish i hadnt pulled down my forum and reduced image size and optimized pages for faster loading,,,,,,,
    that took me a while too. Pheww,, But hey,,, "it" happens
