Sunshellhosting, PLEASE ANSWER MY SUPPORT TICKETS AND GIVE ME CLEAR ANSWERS! I have two reseller packages with you and there are lots of features missing and customer complaints that things like awstats are missing and that the email list program is not working and i have complained atleast twice using support tickets and there have been no replies. I also talked to live support and they said legal adult content is NOT allowed??? but here it says it is? This is very confusing? Please be clear on your offers and try to fic your issues. I am currently getting someone else to host new accounts with and i will keep hosting with you if the problems are fixed, but if not, i will move everything and cancel both my accounts.
