question about adsense rules

i have account in Google ad sense and when i open it i use a web site that i own now some one wanna buy the domain name and he will pay good but i dont wanna loos the ads account so if i sell the domain can i still use the same google adsense account on my other sites or i have to change it ?

and another thing
how i make sure that my web site is still in the white list of google cz i had a forum and i dont know some one told me that if some one make a topic with some thing that google not approve with it thay will ban my site , how i make sure that my site and my account still in the white list

and if i sell the domain and the man use it in something that dont follow the google terms . would google use this thing to close my account if i dont own the domain any more and there is no ads on it ?

 

If and when you sell the domain I would take of my ads from there just in case that person does not follow the TOS of adsense just to be safe.

 

i would certainly take off my ads there. and just to make sure take your ads out in that site before turning it to the buyer..

so its ok if i sold the main domain that i use to open my account but i remove all ads from it befor i sell it ?
