This page has been here for at least a year, it has robot text BUT STILL NO INDEXING ? or maybe it is indexed but it displays the grey bar which says "current page is not ranked by Smoogle"

No homepage = no link to the page in question = no index by Google.

I can't tell from your post which site/URL you are refering to... Hard to say what the problem is without a URL.

i posted it up there but i dont like weird forum links pointing back to my sites, thats how hackers and other bad things happen. so i took the link out before my editing time ran up. i have shared the link with random people posting in this thread . . . and from what i can see I AM GLAD I REMOVED THE LINK because no one i have sent the link to even responded . . . so i have no idea what they are doing with the info on the site

If you don't supply the URL to the page, then we can not look at it to see what's wrong.

They most likely didn't respond because they didn't understand why you PMmed it to them with it instead of posting it on the forum. Also, if you want the page in a search engine, then you are going to have a bigger problem then just people on a SEO forum that were trying to help you. Unless you post the link on the forum, your chances of getting help are going to decrease dramatically.

Agree with sizzlefire..People probably don't understand your PM's.
People can't help you without giving them info.

Building backlinks to the page can help pages to get indexed. Is the url string really long and complex? That sometimes stops pages getting indexed
