Need Article Submission and PR Submission Services

    I have some articles that I have just written, I am looking for article submitting services.

    Preferably someone that has article banks that will take anchored links throughout the copy if possible.

    just wanted to make sure it wasn't an issue. I've had people literally turn me down for it.
